Privacy & POPIA Notice

The FTSEZ Graduate Portal processes personal information to register graduates, maintain employability profiles, administer opportunities, assess applications and communicate programme information.

Information processed

This may include identity details, contact details, education information, employment-related information, uploaded CVs, identity documents and qualifications.

Access and sharing

Access is restricted according to role and operational need. Personal information should not be disclosed to employers, training providers or other parties beyond the information necessary for the authorised purpose.

Security

The portal uses authenticated access, role controls, audit logging, protected sessions and private document storage. Security incidents should be escalated through FTSEZ's approved information-security and privacy processes.

Retention and rights

Records should be retained only for an approved business or legal purpose and securely deleted when the retention period expires. Data subjects may request access, correction or other rights available under POPIA through the FTSEZ privacy contact process.

FTSEZ should replace this operational notice with its formally approved privacy notice, Information Officer contact details, retention schedule and lawful-basis wording before production go-live.
